Abstract:
This rulemaking would establish standards for pedestrian facilities in the public right-of-way. The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) requires DOT to promulgate regulations for accessible pedestrian facilities in the public right-of-way based on the final minimum accessibility guidelines issued by the Access Board. |
