| Title: ●Re-Write of DCIA Offset Regulations in 31 CFR Part 285 Subpart A | |
|
Abstract:
The Fiscal Service is proposing to amend its offset regulations currently codified in 31 CFR part 285 subpart A. Through the amendment, Fiscal Service will re-write and reorganize the current regulations. The main purpose of the amendment will be to improve the clarity of the regulations. A second purpose will be to restore flexibility where previously-issued regulations may have unintentionally narrowed statutory authority. |
