| Title: Disclosure of Information Regarding Abandoned Merchandise | |

Abstract:
This document proposes to amend the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations pertaining to disclosure of information regarding merchandise bearing suspected counterfeit trademarks. The proposed amendment would create a procedure for the disclosure of information otherwise protected by the Trade Secrets Act to a trademark owner when merchandise bearing suspected counterfeit trademarks has been voluntarily abandoned. |
