Obtaining Printed Copies

Beginning with the fall 2007 edition, the principal means of disseminating the full Unified Agenda is the Internet rather than printing in the Federal Register. Printed editions are now limited to the agency regulatory agendas required by the Regulatory Flexibility Act (5 USC 602), which are required by statute to be printed, plus the entire Regulatory Plan.
