Abstract:
The NCUA Board (Board) issued a proposed rule to require federally insured credit unions to notify the NCUA of certain cyber incidents. The Board considered the cyber reporting requirements of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2022 in forming the proposed rule. The Board will review the public comments. |
