Title: Hazardous Materials: Adoption of Miscellaneous Petitions and Updating Regulatory Requirements | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would adopt a number of provisions that will reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens on hazardous materials transportation, as well as support PHMSA's safety mission. In addition, this rulemaking would address petitions for rulemaking submitted by hazardous materials transportation stakeholders. By adopting recommended amendments presented in these petitions for rulemaking, the rulemaking would streamline and clarify requirements. |
