Title: Liquidity Coverage Ratio Rule: Treatment of Certain Municipal Obligations as Level 2B High-Quality Liquid Assets 
Abstract:

To implement section 403 of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act, the OCC, FRB, and FDIC issued an interim final rule that added investment-grade municipal obligations to the list of permitted assets for high-quality liquid assets (HQLA), as defined in the agencies’ Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) rules.
