Title: Proposal to Allow for the Use of Molasses in Wine
Abstract:

In response to petitions from winemakers, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau proposes to amend its wine regulations to remove a prohibition on the use of molasses as an ingredient in wine. This proposed deregulatory action will provide winemakers with greater flexibility and allow them to offer consumers a wider range of products.
