Title: Modernization of Qualification Requirements for Brewers' Notices 
Abstract:

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is publishing a final rule following its proposal to modernize and streamline the requirements for brewers' notices set forth in 27 CFR part 25.  This deregulatory measure is expected to reduce the burden on industry members with regard to the information that must be submitted as part of the brewers' notice.
