Title: Appeal Process for Employer--Decided Refusals 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would propose to provide DOT-regulated employees with a Federal administrative process for an employee to dispute an employer's determination that the employee refused to submit to DOT-regulated drug or alcohol test.
