Title: Public Service Loan Forgiveness 
Abstract:

The Higher Education Act of 1965 allows borrowers to receive loan forgiveness after 10 years of qualifying payments on qualifying loans while engaging in public service. The Department will propose improvements to this program in 34 CFR part 685.
