Title: Standards of Administrative Capability 
Abstract:

The Secretary plans to amend regulations on institution and program eligibility under sections 20 U.S.C. 1082, 1085, 1092, 1094, and 1099c of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA), including 34 CFR 668.16 associated with the required standards of administrative capability that must be met by institutions participating in the Title IV, HEA programs.
