Title: Amendment of Electronic Payment Regulation 
Abstract:

The Fiscal Service plans to publish a notice of proposed rulemaking to amend regulation 31 CFR part 208 regarding the management of Federal agency disbursements. The notice would propose changes to improve the Service’s ability to mandate that Federal agencies disburse payments in electronic formats. The Service will request public comment on all aspects of the proposed rule.
