Title: Supervisory Committee Audits and Verifications 
Abstract:

The NCUA Board previously proposed to amend its regulations governing the responsibilities of the Supervisory Committee to obtain an annual audit of its credit union. The proposal addressed issues raised in the NCUA's 2017 Regulatory Reform Task Force report and provided added flexibility to federally insured credit unions. The NCUA is considering public comments and will move toward a final rule.
