Abstract:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' NEPA regulations in 33 CFR 230.9 contain a list of Corps actions that do not require an environmental impact statement or an environmental assessment. This list of NEPA categorical exclusions has not been updated since its inception in 1988. The Corps Civil Works Program is proposing to update its existing list of NEPA categorical exclusions. |
